When it comes to food, we believe in getting back to basics. We love real, unprocessed, fresh, yummy food with ingredients that nourish your body and mind, and make you feel good. Low calorie, low fat, over processed, “chemical cuisine” products are manufactured in a lab with everything but your health in mind. We embrace a shift in focus to the restorative power of using quality, thoughtfully sourced, ingredients that satisfy your cravings and taste delicious. We believe in food as medicine and have seen the empowering ways real food can transform your body.

There is a lot of nutrition information in the media that makes it very difficult to figure out what is best for your body. That is why at Little Legumes Nutrition, we have an individualized approach with each client, to make sure your needs are met. Whether you’re pregnant and concerned about making the best choices to nourish your baby, a frustrated parent dealing with a “picky eater,” struggling with a new diagnosis or a chronic illness, or looking to eliminate those extra pounds- we can help. We enjoy working with children, families, and anyone who wants to make a positive change for their health.

We are not the food police- but we are dietitians, nutritionists, health coaches, cheerleaders, motivators, and personal advocates for your best health. We believe in feeding the body great food and always making room for your favorite indulgences.
